British Broadcasting Conscience?

BBC Worldwide has launched an ethical living website BBCGreen.com to help consumers learn how to change their impact on the environment.

The consumer lifestyle website is the first of five BBC Worldwide "passion sites", which are slated for launch this year (NMA 29.11.07).
BBCGreen.com features practical advice on green living covering areas such as food, travel, home and finance.
It also features a carbon footprint calculator, which enables users to calculate how much pollution they are creating and discover ways to change their actions that can make a difference.
BBCGreen joins BBC Worldwide's existing portfolio of sites, which includes Top Gear, Radio Times, Gardeners' World, Good Food and Love Earth.
The commercial arm of the BBC aims to bundle these sites together in a bid to create a commercial network of special interest verticals.
